The year 2022 Agm was conducted on 21st May 2022 by members. As a traditional and church-based organization, the AGM was started by celebrating Eucharist (Mass). The formal meeting covered the following main issues
- Minutes of the previous meeting and matters arising thereof.
- Progressive report informs of chairman's report.
- Audited accounts that presented the group's financial position
- Annual budget to give the mandate to spend
- Caritas Nairobi report.
- Resolution to share distributable surplus
